A COMBINATION OF EVENTS

This year because Covid made it a truncated season the Super Veterans and Life Members and the President’s Day were rolled into one. The day was organised at short notice so numbers were down.

But there was another change…..it was a free day, which meant  no green fees and a free lunch, so there were more players out enjoying the sunshine. Down one way and up another.

After the morning play players trooped in for lunch, then listened to Ash Rowe and Gary Baird speak of times past , changes and gratitude before returning to play in the afternoon.

Thanks to the kitchen staff who worked on the day.
