FRIDAY AFTERNOON WAS BAREFOOT BOWLING TIME.

Peter Hanson has booked in several organisations to use the greens and Clubrooms for their Christmas activity again this year.

Fletchers Real Estate Manningham arrived at 12.00 pm for their try out session of barefoot bowls. They were a very friendly group of 15 who played for an hour, then the heat drove them inside for drinks and a long lunch of pizzas. They obviously found that more pleasant because they were still there at 7.15pm.

At 4.30 pm sixteen trained paramedics from the Wantirna branch of Ambulance Victoria came on their day off at 4.30pm to play, plus to have a few drinks. These drivers and attendants are the ones on whom we rely when we call triple 000.
