LAST WEDNESDAY NIGHT MEALS BEFORE CHRISTMAS

Someone discovered a cache of matching Xmas aprons in a locker and tonight was the perfect night to wear them.

The evening ran to the usual format. Drinks, main course, sweets (Xmas mince pies), Robert Bateup’s jokes, and  lucky ticket prizes.

But because the ” Tobin Brothers” members number had not been won, and therefore accumulated over several weeks, numbers were rolled until the member was present. It was Joy Salvage’s lucky night…$150.

Darryl Bishop played another video, this time it was poetry by a country comedian, titled “The Meat Tray Raffle at the Bowling Club.” He finds these amusing snipets  on u tube, and yes we can expect more.

Wednesday night meals recommence in January.
