MIDWEEK OPEN PENNANT SUCCESS – Doncaster Bowling Club

 

Because it was after the last round of the season and before the finals, our coach Richard Lovell organised a night out at the local pub. This ensured that 42 players, their partners and friends really enjoyed themselves.

After round 18 the results now are:

Open team 1 who play in Division 1, are 3rd on their ladder.

Open team 2 who play in Division 3, are 4th on their ladder.

Open team 3 who play in Division 4, are 6th on their ladder.

Open team 4 ( the triples team) who play in Division 5 are 4th on their ladder.

It HAS been a successful season so far.

So, for the Sectional Semi-final: (which is played next Tuesday February 28th)

Open team 1 play against Mooroolbark at Mooroolbark.

Open team 2 play against Montmorency at Montmorency.

Open team 4 play against Croydon at Croydon.
