TEMPLESTOWE HEIGHTS PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS CAME FOR BAREFOOT BOWLING

To celebrate the end of term 4 and the beginning of a six week summer holiday break 25 teachers from Templestowe Heights Primary School made a bee line for a session of bowling .

They arrived at 3 pm and were greeted  by Peter Hanson. They then started with party pies, pasties and nibbles and hit the bar hard.

Later the coaches John Nelson and John Thorburn took them down to the greens, where they declared that they were having great fun. There were some good bowlers amongst the players. A first year teacher who plays for Box Hill Hawks Football Club has taken a membership form.

The teachers left about 6.30pm because they were off to the Auburn Hotel for dinner and onward to a Karaoke bar for singing.
