WHAT IS GOING ON ???

One of the Tuesday Pennant teams played at Fairfield this week.

Whilst there, they discovered that the Fairfield Bowls Club has a special tradition.

The rink of the week gets to either be photographed with the very special donated pig and/ or to sit on it. Then they receive free drinks at the bar.

Oh ho, sounds like fun the Doncaster team thought,”Let’s do it”, and so they did. They were not rink of the week, or even the team of the week,  but  we do need a bit of fun at the moment, so good on them for ending their season on a happy note, To Beth Reid thanks for the information and the special photos… …..Lyn Goodman.
