WILLIAM TAN SHOWS US HIS EXERCISE ROUTINE – Doncaster Bowling Club

There was a special surprise at this week’s Thursday night meals when William Tan demonstrated his eight sets of exercises.

William has been doing these sets of exercises since he was at primary school in Western China. He still does them daily.

When he and Matt Cursio were away at a country bowls weekend he introduced them to Matt, and Matt said they were so good for his back aches.

Bob Urquhart videoed William in action, all eight sets, these will be played on the club TV.
